摘要 用分型RT -PCR方法对 34份武汉地区肾综合征出血热患者外周血标本扩增 ,扩增的目的片段为汉坦病毒M片段G1基因部分序列 ,应用HincⅡ和SacI两种限制性内切酶消化扩增产物 ,可将汉坦病毒区分为HTN型和SEO型 ,结果与分型PCR有很高的一致性 。 Typing RT PCR was used to amplify hantaviruses genome from peripheral blood samples of 34 patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome hospitalized in Wuhan.The products contained within G1 gene of M segment, were digested with \%Hin\%c II and \%Sac\% I respectively, thereby, hantavirus could be typed into HTN and SEO. The results of RFLP PCR were highly consistent with typing RT PCR, and furthermore, RFLP PCR could quickly screen the variant strain with gene mutation at the restriction site of \%Hin\%c II or \%Sac\%I.
