The article about New Urbanism in stead of Modernism leads to what is the most suitable living environment for habitation,briefly introducing the basic elements and principles of New Urbanism,pointing out with the theory and the examples that New Urbanism emphasizes the sense of community which lacks right in the modern residence and cities. 'Chaijiawu' in Hangzhou White Horse Lake creative Industry Park,for example,is bold in the sense of community to create the best living environment.
