摘要
中小企业是我国国民经济的重要力量,发展中小企业对我国整体经济实力的发展壮大意义深远。当代中小企业要在激烈的市场竞争中谋求生存和发展的空间,离不开设计和设计管理。而设计战略的制定和实施是设计管理的核心内容。本文结合了影响我国中小企业设计战略的外部因素和内部因素,提出了制定和实施设计战略过程中需要注意的一些问题。
SME is an important part of the national economy. The development of SME is of great significance to the economic development of our nation. Nowadays, design and design management are essential to the survival and development of SME among the keen market competition. And the core content of design management is how to establish and carry out design strategy. Combining with interior and exterior factors which affect on the design strategy of SME, this essay attempt to put forward some aspects SME should pay attention to while establishing and carrying out design strategy.
