摘要
目的探讨人类乳头状病毒(HPV)感染和鼻腔鼻窦息肉之间的关系。方法应用多聚酶链反应方法(PCR)对40例患者的46个鼻腔鼻窦息肉进行HPV-DNA检测。结果 46个标本中HPV-6、11、16、18、33均为阴性。结论鼻腔鼻窦息肉在病因上与HPV的感染无关。
PURPOSE To study the relationship between human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and polyps in nasal cavity.and sinus.METHODS Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique was used to detect HPV-DNA in 46 samples of polyps in nasal cavity and sinus.RESULTS AU samples of HPV-6,11,16,18,33 were negative.CONCLUSIONS HPV infection is not the pathogenic factor of polyps in nasal cavity and sinus.
