摘要
少数民族贫困地区教师队伍建设中存在管理体制不健全、对教师素质培养不够重视、教师生活条件差等问题 ,这已经成为这些地区教育事业发展的瓶颈。今后在继续搞好教育的硬件建设的同时 ,要把教育扶贫工作的重心放在教师队伍建设上来 ,建议加强对少数民族地区教师队伍建设工作的领导 ,制定政策 ,建立机制 。
Many problems exist in strengthening the rank of teachers in ethnic minority poverty\|stricken areas,such as imperfect management system,insufficient attention to the training of teachers' qualities and low living standards of the teachers.These problems have bottlenecked the development of education in these areas.In aiding the poor through education,more emphasis should be attached to strengthening the rank of teachers hand in hand with the continuos building of educational hardware.Suggestions are given to reinforce the leadership over the strengthening of the rank of ethnic minority teachesrs,formulate policies,set up systems and mobilize the whole society to pay close attention to the teachers in ethnic minority poverty\|stricken areas. [
