摘要
从理论上精确地描述摩托车发动机的振动是相当复杂的 .该文分析了摩托车发动机振动产生机理 ,建立了发动机振动测试系统并制定出一套振动测试方法 ,实现了对其振动的定量分析 ,从而为摩托车振动检测标准的制订提供了依据 .最后对 15 7FMI型摩托车发动机进行了试验分析 。
The important aim of motorcycle engine which is in work state is to evaluate the performance of vibration velocity, but it is difficult to describe the vibration of motorcycle engine exactly in theory.In this paper,the motorcycle engine and its principle of vibration are analyzed,then, a set of experimental equipment and a method to measure the vibration of motorcycle engine is set up, so the quantitative analysis is realized. This process established the foundation of check criterion of motorcycle. At last, the results of the experiment to 157FMI type engine show the good performance .
