摘要
目的观察优质护理干预在冠心病心力衰竭患者中应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院收治的68例冠心病心力衰竭患者为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为优质组、对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规护理,优质组患者给予优质护理。比较两组患者焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、生活质量评分及对护理人员满意度评分。结果护理后,优质组冠心病心力衰竭患者焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,对护理人员满意度评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预在冠心病心力衰竭患者中应用效果更优,对改善患者不良情绪,提升生活质量具有重要价值。
Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Sixty-eight patients with CHD and CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2018 were randomly divided into high-quality group and control group with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the high-quality group received high-quality nursing.The scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups were compared,as well as nursing satisfaction scale.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression of patients with CHF in the high quality group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure is more effective,and it is of great value to improve patients’bad mood and improve their quality of life.
