摘要
目的观察比较噻吗心安滴眼液以及复方托吡卡胺进行治疗视疲劳引发的高眼压的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月本院收治的视疲劳引发高眼压患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者给予噻吗心安滴眼液,研究组给予复方托吡卡胺。比较两组患者接受不同药物治疗之后的眼压变化情况。结果治疗2周后两组患者的眼压显著降低,研究组显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);停药2周后的两组患者眼压均高于治疗2周之后,研究组患者眼压显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论复方托吡卡胺治疗视疲劳引发的高眼压效果优于噻吗心安滴眼液。
Objective To observe and compare the effect of thiamine hydrochloride eye drops and compound topiramate on ocular hypertension induced by visual fatigue.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,60 patients with ocular hypertension induced by visual fatigue were randomly divided into two groups(30 in each group).The patients in the control group were treated with thiamethoxam eyedrops and the study group was given compound topiramine.The changes of intraocular pressure(IOP)after different drug treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the IOP of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The IOP of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the IOP of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of compound topiramate on ocular hypertension induced by visual fatigue is better than that of thiamethoxam eye drops.
