针灸推拿结合康复训练提高脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复效果的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察脑卒中偏瘫患者采取针对推拿联合康复训练治疗的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月在本院治疗的64例脑卒中后偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上予以针灸推拿。比较两组治疗前后肢体运动功能评分与日常生活能力评分。结果观察组治疗后Fugl-Meyer与Brunnstrom评分均较对照组高,观察组治疗后ADL评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后偏瘫患者实施康复训练结合针灸推拿可提高患者运动功能与日常生活能力。 Objective To observe the influence of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and massage for post-stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty-four post-stroke patients with hemiplegia after treatment in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional rehabilitation training. The observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation training. The physical activity scores and daily life ability scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The FuglMeyer and Brunnstrom scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The ADL scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture and massage for post-stroke patients with hemiplegia could improve their motor function and daily living ability.
