摘要
目的观察真人养脏汤加减治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻的疗效。方法选取60例患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组予以盐酸洛哌丁胺治疗,实验组采用真人养脏汤加减治疗,比较两组患者术后排便功能情况、不良反应发生情况及患者的生活质量评分。结果实验组患者术后排便功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真人养脏汤加减治疗结直肠癌术后腹泻的疗效显著,能降低患者不良反应发生率,有助于改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Zhenren Yangzang Decoction on postoperative diarrhea of colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients were included and divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loperamide hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated with addition and subtraction of Zhenren Yangzang Decoction. The defecation function,adverse reactions and quality of life scores of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The score of defecation function in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of modified Zhenren Yangzang Decoction on postoperative diarrhea of colorectal cancer is significant,the incidence of adverse reaction can be reduced,and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
