摘要
为分析研究补中益气汤合葛根治疗直肠癌保肛术后顽固性腹泻的临床效果，将直肠癌保肛术患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组采取常规治疗，观察组采用补中益气汤合葛根治疗。比较2组患者生活质量改善情况、临床疗效以及复发情况。结果显示，经治疗观察组患者生活质量改善情况、临床疗效以及复发情况均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，补中益气汤合葛根治疗直肠癌保肛术后顽固性腹泻效果显著。
This study was to analyze the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction （for reinforcing middle- energizer and replenishing Qi） plus Kudzuvine root in the treatment of obstinate diarrhea following anuspreserved surgery for rectal carcinoma, randomly divided 64 cases of rectal carcinoma into observation group and control one, 32 cases for each, the latter received routine therapy, the former adopted above decoction plus Kudzuvine root; then compared both groups＇ improvement status in quality of life, clinical effect and recurrence status. As results, in above three indexes the former was all superior to the latter （ P 〈0.05）. Results show that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for treating postoperative obstinate diarrhea of patients underwent anus-preserved rectal carcinoma surgery obtains obvious effect.
