摘要
目的分析二氧化碳激光术结合干扰素局部封闭治疗尖锐湿疣的效果。方法选取本院收治的90例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光治疗,观察组则联合干扰素局部封闭治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及SIL-2R水平,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组(77.78%,P <0.05)。结论二氧化碳激光术结合干扰素局部封闭治疗尖锐湿疣效果显著,可有效恢复患者临床指标,治疗有效率高,其疗效优于单独二氧化碳激光术治疗。
Objective To analyze the effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon local blocking in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 90 patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected and their medical records were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into observation group and control group,each 45 cases. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser,and the observation group was treated with interferon local blocking,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. ResultsThe levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and SIL-2 R in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78%,P<0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide laser combined with interferon local blocking therapy for condyloma acuminatum is effective,can effectively restore the clinical indexes of patients,the effective rate of treatment is high,the curative effect is better than carbon dioxide laser alone.
