摘要
目的探讨CO_2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏和干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效。方法随机选取2010年7月—2015年1月该院皮肤性病科门诊诊治的191例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分成3组,A组65例,B组63例,C组63例。A组:CO_2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏和重组人干扰素α-2b治疗。B组:CO_2激光联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗。C组:单纯用CO_2激光治疗。开始2个月每周随访1次,以后每3周随访1次,随访6个月。结果 A、B、C 3组治愈率分别为93.85%、80.95%、58.73%,复发率分别为6.15%、19.05%、41.27%。使用咪喹莫特乳膏辅助CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效明显优于干扰素α-2b辅助CO_2激光与单纯用CO_2激光治疗;同时,使用咪喹莫特乳膏辅助CO_2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的复发率明显小于其余两种治疗方式,两种差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该研究采用CO_2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏和干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣,见效快,治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应少,安全性高,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of CO2 laser and Imiquimod cream and interferon in treatment of condyloma acuminate.Methods Random selection 191 cases of patients with condyloma acuminate treated in our hospital from July 2010 to January 2015 were randomly divided into three groups,the group A with 65 cases adopted the CO2 laser and Imiquimod cream and recombinant human interferonα-2b treatment,the group B with 63 cases adopted the CO2 laser and recombinant human interferonα-2b treatment,and the group C with 63 cases only adopted the CO2 laser treatment,in the first two months,all patients were followed up once,and followed up once every three weeks,6 cases in total.Results The cure rate and recurrence rate in the group A,B and C were respectively 93.85%,80.95%,58.73% and 6.15%,19.05%,41.27%,and the curative effect of Imiquimod cream and CO2 laser in treatment of condyloma acuminate was obviously better than that of interferon α-2b and CO2 laser and simple CO2 laser,at the same time,the recurrence rate of Imiquimod cream and CO2 laser in treatment of condyloma acuminate was obviously fewer than that of the other treatment methods,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The cure rate of CO2 laser and Imiquimod cream and interferon in treatment of condyloma acuminate is high with rapid effect,low recurrence rate,few adverse reactions and high safety,which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
