摘要
目的观察在常规治疗基础上加用自制五味子哮喘糖浆治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的100例老年支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予解痉、平喘、抗炎等西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用五味子哮喘糖浆,20 m L/次,3次/d,疗程8周。两组均于治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周进行哮喘控制测试(ACT)、检测白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素5(IL-5)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数及1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1%),并进行组间比较。结果治疗后,治疗组的IL-4、IL-5、EOS等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组ACT评分、FEV1%均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组(92.00%,P<0.05)。结论在西医常规治疗的基础上加用五味子哮喘糖浆治疗老年支气管哮喘能够明显降低患者IL-5、IL-4、EOS指标,提高患者ACT评分。
Objective To observe the effect of Schisandra chinensis Asthma syrup in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma on the basis of routine treatment. Methods One hundred senile patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by digital random method. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,such as antispasmodic,antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Schisandra chinensis Asthma syrup 20 m L once a day,3 times a day for 8 weeks. Asthma control tests were performed,IL-4,IL-5,eosinophilic eosinophils and FEV1 in peripheral blood and forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1)in peripheral blood were also detected at pre-treatmend and 4、8 weeks post-treatmend,and compared between groups. Results The decrease of IL-4,IL-5 and EOS in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the treatment group,with significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(92.00%,P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of Schisandra chinensis Asthma syrup in the treatment of senile bronchial asthma on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment can obviously reduce the IL-5,IL-4,EOS levels,improve the score of ACT.
