摘要
目的对将蓝芩口服液与头孢克洛联合使用治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2017年2月至2018年1月本院收治的慢性支气管炎急性发病患者作为观察对象,平均分为两组,各40例。比较两组最终治疗结果,探讨临床疗效。结果研究组患者显效率82.5%,总有效率97.5%,与对照组患者显效率52.5%,总有效率77.5%相比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=13.632,P<0.01)。且两组患者用药过程中均未发生不良反应。结论急性支气管炎患者在用药治疗时,将中成药物蓝芩口服液与常用西药头孢克洛缓释片联合使用,治疗效果更优,且不会对患者造成用药负担,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of LAN Qin oral liquid combined with cefaclor in the treatment of acute bronchitis. Methods The patients with acute chronic bronchitis in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups,with an average of 40 cases. The clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 82.5%,and the total effective rate was 97.5%. Compared with the control group,the effective rate was 52.5%,the total effective rate was 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.632,P<0.01). No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the medication. Conclusion In the treatment of acute bronchitis,the combined use of the Chinese medicine blue Scutellaria oral liquid and the common western medicine Cefaclor Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of acute bronchitis is better,and it will not cause the burden of drug use,which has the value of clinical promotion.
