摘要
目的探讨血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症脑病的疗效及护理方法。方法选取本院采用血液灌流和血液透析联合治疗的尿毒症脑病患者40例,观察其临床疗效,并总结护理方法。结果血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症脑病显效25例(62.50%),有效8例(20.00%),无效7例(17.50%)。治疗后肌酐、尿素氮、K^+和Cl^-水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),CO2CP水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析并给予适当的护理治疗尿毒症脑病疗效显著。
Objective To explore the curative effect and nursing methods of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with hemdialysis(HD)in the treatment of uremia encephalopathy(UE). Methods A total of 40 patients with UE were treated by HP and HD in our hospital. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the nursing methods were summarized. Results HP combined with HD in the treatment of UE patients,25 cases had significant effect(62.50%),8 cases were effective(20%),7 cases were ineffective(17.50%). After treatment,the levels of creatinine,urea nitrogen,K^+ and Cl^- were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of CO2 CP was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of HP combined with HD and proper nursing in the treatment of uremia encephalopathy is significant.
