摘要
目的对组织因子(TF)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院在2012年6月-2013年6月收治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,针对60例非小细胞肺癌患者的石蜡标本采用HE染色的方法进行病理确认,同时针对全部肺癌组织标本中TF的表达采用SABC法进行检测。结果在60例非小细胞肺癌当中有40例患者TF表达阳性,达到了66.7%的阳性率。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织当中FT表达具有较高的水平,因此TE的高表达在肺癌诊断方面具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective to tissue factor(TF)expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance was analyzed and discussed.Methodschoose in June 2012-June 2013 were 60cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients as the research object,in 60 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer specimens of paraffin pathology confirmed using HE staining method,at the same time for all of the TF expression in lung cancer tissue samples tested by SABC method.Results in 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer of TF expression in 40 patients is positive,positive rate was66.7%.Conclusion in non-small cell lung cancer tissues FT expression has the high level,so TE high expression in lung cancer diagnosis has important clinical significance.
