摘要
目的应用经颅多普勒(TCD)探讨偏头痛患者发作间歇期的脑血流动力学变化。方法对30例普通型偏头痛患者在发作间歇期进行TCD检查,观察分析大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)及大脑后动脉(PCA)的平均血流速度(MFV)及是否出现血管杂音,并与30例正常对照组比较。结果偏头痛患者组异常率为52%,主要异常改变表现在平均血流速度增高(27%,8/30)及出现血管杂音(40%,12/30),发作间歇期MCA、ACA的平均血流速度明显高于正常对照组。结论偏头痛患者发作间歇期脑血流的异常改变主要表现为血流速度非节段性增高以及出现噪声性血管杂音。
Objective To explore the cerebral hemodynamic changes of migraine patients during the intermittent period with transcranial Doppler(TCD).Methods Thirty patients With migraine were monitored with TCD during the intermittent period.The mean flow velocity(MFV)of the middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),and the vascular murmur were observed and compared with those of normal control group including 30 persons.Results The abnormal rate of TCD in patient group was 52%.The abnormalities mainly included the mean flow velocity increase(27%,8/30)and vascular murmur(40%,12/30).MFV of MCA and ACA in the intermittent period of migraine was significantly higher than that of normal controls.Conclusion The abnormal changes of cerebral blood flow in patients with migraine during the intermittent period mainly include nonsegmented increase of flow velocity and the appearance of vascular murmur.
