摘要
目的分析探讨应用中医利水法对高血压进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择2012年3月-2013年10月在我院接受治疗的264例高血压患者随机平分为观察组、对照组各132例。对照组给予传统西医治疗,观察组给予西医+中医利水法治疗,并对治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为90.9%、62.1%,观察组明显高于对照组;观察组治疗后SBP、DBP的下降程度明显优于对照组,组间比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用西医治疗+中医利水法对高血压患者进行治疗,临床效果更显著,有效提高患者生存质量。
Objective to analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine,water treatment of hypertension clinical effect.Methods choose 2012March-in October 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 264 patients with hypertension were randomly split into observation group and control group,132 cases each.The control group given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)+ water treatment,and to compare the effect of.Results observation group and control group total effective rate 90.9%,62.1%respectively,observation group is significantly higher than the control group;Observation group of SBP and DBP decreased significantly after treatment is better than that of control group,the comparison between groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion application of western medicine treatment+traditional Chinese medicine,water treatment of patients with high blood pressure,clinical effect is more significant,effectively improve the quality of survival.
