摘要
目的探讨在高血压患者临床治疗中,中医利水法配合治疗的实际应用效果。方法选取我院于2014年3月—2015年3月收治的118例高血压患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机均分为参照组与干预组,参照组患者接受常规的西医药物治疗,干预组患者则在参照组患者治疗基础上接受中医利水法配合治疗,对比2组患者的临床治疗效果及治疗前后的血压情况。结果干预组患者的临床治疗效果明显好于参照组患者,且干预组患者在接受治疗后血压值明显低于参照组患者,两组患者的数据经对比后存在明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者临床治疗中,中医利水法具有较好的临床应用疗效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the practical application therapeutic effect of inducing dieresis therapy in the clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods 118 cases of hypertensive patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the study objects. Patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group received conventional treatment of Western medicine. The intervention group used inducing dieresis therapy based on the control group. The clinical thera.peutic effect and b10od pressure before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical therapeutic effect of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the b10od pressure of the intervention group after treatment was sig.nificantly 10wer than that of the control group, and there were statistically significant differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of hypertension, inducing dieresis therapy has better clinical therapeutic effect, and is worthy of promotion.
