摘要
随着高校的连续扩招及就业制度的改革,大学毕业生的就业问题日益突出,亟需解决。文章认为大学毕业生就业问题的产生有多方面的原因,如劳动力市场二元分割、区域经济发展不平衡、高校教学质量下降、毕业生就业观念陈旧等。其中,劳动力市场二元分割的影响尤为巨大。
With the larger scale of enrollment of college students year by year,the employment of graduates gradually becomes a hard issue to tackle with.The paper concludes some major factors causing the issue,such as dual segmentation of labor market,the unbalanced economic development in different regions,the declining quality of higher education,the out-dated concept of employment of graduates,and so on..Among these,the most important one is the dual segmentation of the labor market.Therefore,it is significant to analyze dual segmentation of labor market and the employment plight of college graduates in theoretical studies and real practice.
