Research progress of plasma freeze-drying technology

摘要 成分输血始于20世纪70年代,并于90年代成为权衡一个国家医学发展水平的重要指标。由于血浆是成分血中主要的成分,因此对血浆保存的研究具有重要意义。相较于普通冰冻血浆,冻干血浆是由健康人的新鲜血浆在6~8 h内经真空冷冻干燥和病毒灭活处理制成,其成分与新鲜冰冻血浆基本相同,但保存时间更为持久。本文对现有成果进行了总结,并分析讨论了冻干理论、冻干工艺、冻干设备的发展现状。 Component blood transfusion began in the 1970 s and became an important index to measure the level of medical development for a country in the 1990 s.Since plasma is the key part of component blood,studying work for its preservation is significant.Different from ordinary frozen plasma,freeze-dried plasma is conducted from fresh plasma of healthy people in 6~8 h by vacuum freeze-drying and virus inactivation treatment.Freeze-dried plasma has the same basic composition as fresh frozen plasma,but has a longer preservation time.In this paper,current research results were summarized,and meanwhile the development status of freeze-dried theory,freeze-drying technology and freeze-dried equipment also were analyzed and discussed.
