摘要
目的:了解郑州市中药注射剂严重不良反应发生的例次、规律及特点,为该市中药注射剂的安全使用提供参考,以降低中药注射剂严重不良反应的发生率及损害程度。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法对2015年1月至2017年6月郑州市药品不良反应监测中心数据库中收集到的中药注射剂严重不良反应进行统计分析。结果:郑州市2015年1月至2017年6月中药注射剂严重不良反应报告例次呈逐年上升趋势;患者男女比例为1∶1.12,中药注射剂严重不良反应患者多为中老年人,198例患者中21例有过敏史;严重不良反应发生例次居前5位的药品分别为注射用血栓通(冻干)、参麦注射液、血必净注射液、红花注射液和丹红注射液;不良反应主要以全身性损害、呼吸系统损害、皮肤及其附件损害和心血管系统损害为主。结论:倡导安全用药,加强中药注射剂的监管,强化其安全性再评价。
Objective:To understand the regularity and characteristics of severe ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Zhengzhou,provide reference for the safe use of Chinese medicine injection,and reduce the incidence and extent of severe ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection.Methods:The severe ADR reports of traditional Chinese medicine injection collected by Zhengzhou ADR Monitoring Center during Jan.2015 to Jun.2017 were analyzed statistically using retrospective study method.Results:The severe ADR reports of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Zhengzhou during Jan.2015 to Jun.2017 have been increasing year by year;The ratio of males to females was 1:1.12.Patients with severe ADR of traditional Chinese medicine injection were mostly middle-aged and elderly people.There were 21 patients having allergic history in the whole 198 patients.The first five drug of severe ADR reports were Xueshuantong injection,Shenmai injection,Xuebijing injection,safflor injection and Danhong injection.ADR are mainly caused by systemic damage,respiratory system damage,the skin and its attachments damage and cardiovascular damage.Conclusion:We should advocate for safe medication,strengthen the supervision of traditional Chinese medicine injection and strengthen its safety reevaluation.
