A Fluctuation Suppression Strategy of Tie-line Power Based on Flexible Control of Heat Pumps With Water Tanks in Combined Heat and Power Microgrid

摘要 为有效平抑电热微网的联络线功率波动,提出一种基于蓄热热泵群灵活控制的联络线功率平滑策略。通过变参数指数平滑确定功率控制目标,分析平滑参数对波动功率的影响;考虑热泵蓄热水箱的储能潜力,将波动功率平抑任务分配至蓄电池与蓄热热泵群;通过控制热泵群负荷动态调整,吸收联络线波动功率。该策略在保证用户差异化用能需求的前提下,通过模拟退火算法优化各热泵启停频率趋于一致,且不增加平均启停次数。利用热泵群的功率调节能力优化蓄电池出力曲线,减少蓄电池充放电次数转换以降低运行成本。算例结果表明该策略能有效平抑微网联络线波动功率。最后分析了策略中优化算法的有效性和在不同新能源波动条件下策略的可靠性。 In order to suppress fluctuation of tie-line power in microgrid with heat and power system,this paper proposes a fluctuation suppression strategy of tie-line power based on flexible control of heat pumps with water tanks.The strategy derives tie-line power control target and analyzes influence of smooth parameter on fluctuation.Then a control method is proposed to distribute fluctuation suppression assignment between the battery and heat pump group with consideration of water tank storage.Moreover,the power of heat pump group is changed to absorb the fluctuation by switching.On the premise of meeting all different heat demands,the strategy achieves a convergence of heat pumps’switching times without increase of average switching times,and makes heat pumps’deterioration in accordance.Then the output of battery is optimized to reduce cost by means of adjusting heat pump group power and lowering the switching times of battery charge-discharge.Simulation result shows that the strategy can smooth the tie-line power effectively,verifying effectiveness of the optimization method and reliability for different renewable energy source fluctuations.
