摘要
本文首先阐述了企业经营战略的前导性和组织机构的滞后性 ,指出二者之间既相辅相成 ,又相互制约的关系 ,分析了加入WTO以后 ,为实现建筑业生产力的优化组合并建立新的市场秩序 ,我国建筑业行业的总体发展战略及各个建筑企业的经营战略都应该具备的新的思路 ,进一步提出了规模不同的建筑企业应实施与各自的经营战略相匹配的组织机构 ,既包括对过去传统组织机构的改进 。
The paper firstly sets forth the prec edence of business strategy and the lag of organization, points out they not on ly supplement but also restrict each other. Secondly, the writer clarifis that t here be a new train of thought in the total development strategy of construction industry and business strategy of each construction enterprise after joining WTO. Therefore the optimizing combination of construction industry productivity can be reali zed and a new market system c an be build up. Finally, the writer puts forward construction industry should ex e cute different organizations to matching their own business strategy. They can improve on the old tradition organization and design a new one.
