摘要
Cr5Mo钢异质焊接接头在时效过程中碳化物相的转变机制的研究.系统分析了时效温度、时效时间对碳化物转变规律的影响,对不同时效状态的Cr5Mo焊接接头碳化物精细结构作了较全面的研究,为合理使用Cr5Mo焊接管线及其接头的安全运行提供了理论依据.结果表明熔合区碳化物相结构转变遵循Cementite→M7C3→M23C6→M6C的规律;在熔合区析出的碳化物与奥氏体存在共格关系.
The transformation machanism of carbide in the dissimilar welding joints of Cr5Mo steel during the aging process has been studied. The effect of aging tempeature and time in this process are also investigated, which provides theoretical basis for the the resonable utilization and safe service of Cr5Mo tubes and their weldments. The result shows that precipitation and transformation of carbides near the welding fusion zone follow the tendency:cementiti→M7C3→M23C6→M6C; there is coherent relationship between carbides preciptitated in the carben-enriched zone and the autenties matrix.
