摘要
对异种钢焊后热处理产生碳迁移问题进行试验研究,分析了Ni元素对其碳迁移的影响,采用合金元素含量阶梯过渡焊接方法有效地抑制了ZG0Gr13Ni5Mo与ZG20SiMn钢焊后在600℃热处理时产生的碳迁移,给出了阶梯过渡焊时各层界面不产生碳迁移的(Cr+Mo)%含量临界值。
This paper researches carbon migration after heat treatment of dissimilar steels welding joints, and analyses the influence of nickel. Using stair transition welding can restrain effictively cabon migration after tempering at 600℃ of ZG0Gr13Ni5Mo and ZG20SiMn.
