摘要
高等教育的核心任务是教学工作,提高教学质量是促进高校改革与发展的关键,而课程质量又是直接通过各个承担课程的教师的教学质量来反映的,如何正确地确立教师的教学质量评价体系及其在该体系下确保教师的教学质量是本文研究的目的.本文将数据挖掘中的决策树方法应用于教师教学考核系统中,从学生、督导、院领导三个方面来构造数据集,其分类分为"优秀"、"合格"和"不合格"三类;考核的目标是"教师每周上课时数"分为"】14"、"14"和"【14"三类情况下将最终是否通过"优"的考核情况,从中分析"教师每周上课时数"与教学效果是否存在一定的关系.通过本文的分析研究两者之间确实存在着一定的关系,应该引起高校有关管理部门的重视.
The higher education core duty is the teaching work, improves the quality of teaching is promotes the university reform and the development key, but the curriculum quality also is through one by one undertakes directly, how correctly establishes teacher’s quality of teaching appraisal system and under this system which the curriculum teacher’s quality of teaching reflected guarantees teacher’s quality of teaching is the goal which this article studies. Data mining is one important technology of the data warehouse technologies. This article applies the data mining in decision tree method in the teacher teaching inspection system, from the student, the direction, the courtyard leader three aspects comes the structure data set, its classification divides into "outstanding", "qualified" and "is unqualified" three kinds; The inspection goal will be "teacher each week attends class the hour" to divide into ">14", "14" and "<14" in three kind of situations finally whether will pass "superiorly" the inspection situation, will analyze "teacher each week to attend class the hour" with the teaching effect whether will have certain relations. Studies between both through this article analysis to have certain relations truly, should bring to the university related control section’s attention.
