摘要
目的使用Bonalyzer(Teijin)测定右手第二掌骨中点的骨密度(mBMD)和皮质指数(MCI) ,从而预测发生骨折的危险性。方法我们对178名骨质疏松妇女,测定mBMD和皮质指数(MCI) ,并与其它方法进行比较。结果有腰椎变形患者的mBMD和MCI明显低于无腰椎变形患者,并 与其它方法测得的骨密度呈一致改变,mBMD和MCI与胫骨超声速度,远端前臂BMD,髋部的BM D显示出正相关关系,与年龄呈负相关关系。结论掌骨(MCI)和骨密度(mBMD)能预测骨折发生 的危险性。
Objective To measure the bone mineral density on hand radiographs at th e midpoint of the second metacarpal on right hand(mBMD) and metacarpal cortical index(MCI).To estimate the correlation of mBMD and MCI with bone mineral density assessed by a variety of technique at different sites.Methods We measured mBMD and MCI in 178 femeal osteoporosis patients.Results Mean mBMD and MCI were signi ficantly lower in the patients with vertebral deformity compared to those withou t vertebral deformity.Both mBMD and MCI positive significantly correlated with d istal forearm BMD,tibial ultrasound velocity and hip BMD and negative significan tly correlated with age.Conclusion mBMD and MCI are sensitive to bone mass chang e in skeletal status.It can predict future fracture.
