摘要
目的探讨治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的最佳方法。方法电针加穴位注射法为治疗组治疗 带状疱疹后遗神经痛90例和口服西药法，传统针刺法对照组各治疗30例，观察各组疗效及痊 愈所需次数和不同发病部位的关系。结果治疗组痊愈率为97.76％，明显高于两对照组(P< 0 .01)。痊愈所需治疗次数(5.09±2.02)明显低于两对照组(P< 0.01)，治疗组对不同发病部 位痊愈率均高于对照组，尤其对头面部疗效更佳(P< 0.01)。结论电针加穴位法注射治疗带 状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效迅速持久。
Objective To probe the best method for treating postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 90 cases was treated with electric needle and acupoint inject in treatme nt group,and female formed two control group:30 cases accepted oral western medi cine and 30 cases traditional acupuncture therapy with postherpetic neuralgia pa tients. And observe their curative effect and recovery times and relation of dif ferent pathogenic sites.Results Recovery rate(female 97.76％)is obvioysly higher than two control groups(P< 0.01).Recovery times(5.09±2.02)is obviously lower t han two control groups(P< 0.01).The treatment group rate is higher than the cont rol group in different pathogenic sites,especially the head and the face(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion The curative effect is rapid and permanent.
