摘要
阐述了高压锅炉炉水中游离碱的来源。指出补给水品质不良是炉水游离碱的一个重要来源。改善补给水品质不但是消除炉水中游离碱的一种有效途径 ,而且还可以降低炉水排污率 ,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
The possible sources of free alkali in boiler are described, and one of the major source is the poorquality of make-up water. Impovement of make-up water quality not only eliminates the free alkali in boiler water,but also reduces boiler blows down rate and pertains a good benifit for the power plant .With this conclusion ,a retrofit of make-up water treatment system has been carried out which includes secondary diminilerazation taken place of the original system and the make-up water quality has been significanly improved and the boiler blow down rate readily decreased, and the coal consumptiom rate of the boiler, the cost of generation of the ionexchanger are also reduced.
