摘要
观察了左旋咪唑对 HVT免疫雏鸡免疫器官中 T细胞数量的影响 ,结果表明 :雏鸡在 1日龄接种火鸡疱疹病毒 (HVT)冻干苗后 ,同时连续 4 d应用 15 mg/ kg左旋咪唑组和空白对照组相比 ,免疫后 7、14、2 1、2 8d,胸腺、法氏囊和脾脏等免疫器官的不同区域中 T淋巴细胞的数量均呈现不同程度的增多 ,并在大部分时间内差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )
Effect of levam isole on the number of T lymphocytes in Imm une organs of chickens were vaccinated with HVT were observed in this study.Results indicated that the num bers of T lymphocytes in thymus,spleen and bursa of chickens were vaccinated with HVT at1- day- age,and were given levamisole orally at15 mg per kg body weight in drinking water for4 con- secutive days at same time,continuously higher than that of chicken were vaccinated with HVT at1- day age only.
