摘要
本文对植物蛋白水解物 (HVP)的酶法生产工艺进行了初步研究 ,并对HVP主要的技术指标作了总结介绍。
A preliminary study was made on the technique of enzymatic productionof vegetable protein hydrolysate. Main technical indexes were explained for vegetable protein hydrolysate.
