摘要
目前为实现节能减排,各火电厂将凝泵改为变频运行,虽然该技改项目比较成熟,但为了节省改造资金及场地限制,大多数采用一拖二的方式,这种改造后在运行方式、操作检修中出现各种新的问题,特别是电气五防上。本文在电气五防提出解决方法和自动控制逻辑的优化措施,为技改后凝结泵电气操作的安全稳定运行提供实践指导。
In order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,now every thermal power plant run condensate pump with frequency changer.The technical renovation project is mature,but to save money and sitespecific constraint,most of them run two pumps with same frequency changer.Which will bring many new issues during operation mode and maintenance,especially in electronic five preventions.This article provides solutions in electronic five preventions and optimization measures of automatic control logic,and give practice instructions for electrical safe and stable operation of technically modified condensate pump.
