摘要
目的 :研究康心宁在大鼠体内的抗衰老作用。方法 :建立实验动物模型 ,分别测定如下指标 :血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、血清和心脏脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)的活性。结果 :康心宁使老年大鼠血清TC、TG、LPO和心脏 LPO水平有不同程度降低 ,以 D组更为明显。 B、D组血清分别为 TC(1 .95± 0 .2 6) mmol/L ,(1 .41± 0 .30 ) mmol/L(P<0 .0 5) ;TG为 (1 .70± 0 .2 4 ) mmol/L,(1 .34± 0 .2 5) mmol/L(P<0 .0 5) ;LPO为 (9.4± 0 .33) μmol/L,(6.5± 0 .1 5)μmol/L(P<0 .0 1 ) ;心脏组织 LPO为 (4.1± 0 .1 8) nmol/mg protein,(2 .2± 0 .2 7) nmol/mg protein(P<0 .0 1 )。 D组 GSH- Px活力也有明显提高。结论 :康心宁可能在延缓衰老、防治老年人易患的心血管疾病方面有着较好的作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Kand Xin Ning to old and feeble in rats. Methods: To establish the model of the experimental animals and determine its concentration such as Thriglyceride (TC)?Cholesterol (TG) and Lipid peroxide (LPO) in blood serum; LPO in heart tissue; glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in blood. Results: Kang Xin Ning is able to reduce the concentration of TC?TG and LPO in blood serum of aged rats. And LPO in the heart of rats is descended, especially in the group D. TC in blood serum of the group B?D are (1.95±0.26)?(1.41±0.30)mmol/L( P <0.05) respectively, TG is (1.70±0.24)?(1.34±0.25)mmol/L( P <0.05); LPO is (9.4±0.33)?(6.5±0.15)μmol/L( P <0.01);LPO in the tissue of heart is (4.1±0.18)?(2.2±0.27)nmol/mg protein ( P <0.01). The vitality of GSH Px in group D is enhanced obviously. Conclusion:Kang Xin Ning has certain effect on inhibiting old and feeble in the aged people, and preventing and removing the diseases of heart and blood vessel.
