摘要
技工院校作为高技能人才培养的阵地,与企业紧密合作是技工院校的办学特色,也是必由之路。在智能时代的背景下,各行各业都受到了巨大影响,技工院校也不例外。该文以"智能时代的校企合作"为切入点,刍议智能时代下的技工院校校企合作方式上的创新与融合,从校企合作协同教学、资源共享、联合促进就业创业、共建专业以及联合共同招生等方面进行探讨。
As the position of training high-skilled talents, technical colleges and universities should cooperate closely with enterprises, which is not only the characteristics of technical colleges but also the only way. Under the background of the intelligent age, all walks of life have been greatly affected, and technical institutes are no exception. Based on the "school-enterprise cooperation" in the intelligent age, this paper discusses the innovation and integration of the school-enterprise cooperation mode of technical colleges in the intelligent age, and explores such aspects as school-enterprise cooperation, teaching, resource sharing, joint promotion of employment and entrepreneurship, joint construction of specialties and joint enrollment.
