摘要
由于现行绩效评价的层次分析法易受主观因素影响与模糊综合评价法隶属函数选取具有主观随意性的不足,提出基于粒子滤波算法的绩效评价方法。根据智慧社区建设绩效评价指标体系,利用浙北地区若干试点智慧社区的信息化服务统计调查数据,对比分析基于粒子滤波方法与模糊层次综合评价法对智慧社区信息化服务绩效评价的结果,表明基于粒子滤波算法的绩效评价是有效的且具有更优的客观准确性。
As the current evaluation of the analytic hierarchy process is subject to subjective factors and the membership functionselection of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is subjective arbitrariness, the performance evaluation method based onparticle filter algorithm is proposed. According to the evaluation index system of the smart community construction and the information service survey data of some pilot smart communities in the northern Zhejiang area, the results of the performance evaluation ofthe intelligent community information service are compared and analyzed based on the particle filter method and the fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation method. The conclusion is the performance evaluation of particle filter algorithm is effective and has better objective accuracy.
