摘要
随着大数据分析技术的迅猛发展,提供了对于临床检测各类海量数据的累积、管理、分析的技术可行性,其已经开始在国内外医疗临床应用中发挥关键作用。目前,高度自动化的临床检测设备不断产生越来越多的结构化和非结构化数据。如何构建可用于临床检测的大数据平台,开展大数据挖掘技术研究以帮助疾病的诊断和治疗过程,已逐步成为一个有重大价值的研究方向。文中结合目前国内临床检测的设备现状和临床诊断特点,设计了一套符合医院实际的临床检测大数据平台系统架构。同时,基于大数据挖掘分析的人工神经网络技术开展了基于数据挖掘方法在重症监护病人低血压的预测诊断支持方法的初步探索,为医疗行业进一步开展基于大数据的健康管理提供可借鉴的技术途径。
With the rapid development of big data analysis technology, it provides technical feasibility for the clinical investigation of the accumulation, management and analysis of all kinds of massive data. It has already begun to play a key role in clinical application at home and abroad. How to build a big data platform for clinical detection, research big data mining technology to help the diagnosis and treatment of disease, which has gradually become a significant value of the research direction. In this paper, combined with the current status of clinical testing equipment and the characteristics of clinical diagnosis design a clinical data platform system adapt to hospital actual. At the same time, use the big data mining analysis of artificial neural network technology to carry out a data mining methods in intensive care of patients with hypotension prediction. The study provides a hands-on approach to achieve health management Based on large data in the healthcare industry.
