显微图像采集系统设计和标定

摘要 为了观察被观察对象的细节特征,采用显微镜头获得观察对象的放大图像,应用cmos传感器采集图像,并对采集到的图像进行线性化、去噪声、白平衡、颜色插值、颜色校正、颜色增强等操作,得到颜色真实稳定的图像。同时应用标准测微标尺,对图像采集系统进行标定,求得反映图像位置的真实距离和像素距离之间的关系系数K,为图像的几何参数测量提供方便。 In order to observe the detailed features of an observed object, a microscope lens is adopted to obtain an amplified image of the observed object, a cmos sensor is applied to acquire the image, and then operations such as linearization, denoising,white balance, color interpolation, color correction and color enhancement and the like are conducted on the acquired image, so that an image with real and stable color is obtained. A standard micrometer is applied to calibrate an image acquisition system,and then a coefficient K for reflecting the relationship between the real distance and the pixel distance of the image position is obtained, so that convenience is provided for measuring the geometric parameters of the image.
