摘要
在IT行业目前还存在企业招聘难,毕业生就业难,其根本原因在于高校的教学无法满足企业的需求。文章结合高职软件开发课程教学及IT行业人才需求的实际,从多个角度对教学提出了一些改革措施,引入实际项目到课堂教学中,体现了高职教育"服务宗旨""就业导向"和"能力本位"的要求,实际教学效果较好。
In the IT industry,enterprise recruitment is difficult, so is the employment of graduates, the fundamental reason lies in the university teaching can't meet the needs of enterprises. According to the practical software development course in Higher Vocational Teaching and the IT industry talent demand, propose some reform measures on teaching from multiple angles, introduce the practical projects to classroom teaching, embodies the teaching of Higher Vocational Education "service tenet", "employment oriented" and "ability standard" requirement, achieve better teaching effect.
