摘要
提出了一种基于文字识别技术(OCR)的智能阅读器的设计方案,以满足视力障碍人群的阅读需要。利用office OCR组件技术对文档图像进行识别。该阅读器以简单的按键操作作为人机交互方式,以扫描仪作为图像来源,经OCR和TTS模块,将识别的文字转换为语音,具有重要的社会意义。
This article gives a design proposal of smart reader based on OCR technology,in order to meet the need of people with visual disturbance.It presents the method for recognizing the document image by using Microsoft office Optical Character Recognize(OCR).The reader uses keypad as HMI,scanner as the resource of image.It is able to translate characters into speech by OCR and TTS.The de sign does good to society.
