摘要 介绍了光学字符识别的一般方法,依据俄文字符在竖直书写位置的跨度特点对其进行了分类,并结合候选字符匹配法进而设计了一种两级分类器。运用这些技术实现了一种基于光学字符识别(OCR)技术的人机界面翻译系统。系统运行结果表明该系统能够用于实际应用。 This paper introduced an ordinary way of optical character recognition, classified the way of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) based on the character of span when writing Cyrillic character on edge, and combined the way of option character matching to design a classifier of two classes. The article applied these techniques to realize a User Interface (UI) for translating Cyrillic character to Chinese character based on OCR. The result indicates that the system can be used in practice.
