摘要
以AVR Atmega128(L)单片机为硬件系统核心,以LabVIEW8.5为上位机软件开发平台的一种实时温度测量控制系统实现。该系统采用MAX6675热电偶模数转换器和固态继电器,配合AVR单片机,能实现对现场温度的实时采集、测量与控制。AVR单片机通过串口UART与上位机进行通信。上位机对温度进行实时显示、监控。该系统功耗低,测量精度高,界面友好,易于操作且成本低。
In this paper.the design of a real-time temperature measurement control system is achieved,which takes AVR Atmega128(L) MCU as the core of the hardware system and LabVIEW 8.5 as the PC software development platform.The system can realize the real-time acquisition,measurement and control for the spot temperatures by using MAX6675 thermocouple A/D converters and the solid-state re lays(SSR) to match up with the AVR MCU.The AVR MCU communicates with the PC through the serial port UART.PC software de velopment platform could realize the real-time monitoring and displaying.The system has the advantages of being low power cost,higher measurement accuracy,friendly interface,easy accessibility and cost low.
