基于AVR单片机的温度控制系统研究与实现

摘要 该文中,介绍了以AVRAtmega128(L)单片机为硬件系统核心,以LabVIEW8.5为上位机软件开发平台的一种实时温度测量控制系统设计。该系统采用MAX6675热电偶模数转换器和固态继电器,配合AVR单片机,能实现对现场温度的实时采集、测量与控制。AVR单片机通过串口UART与上位机进行通信。利用LabVIEW软件可实现实时温度监控、显示及存储等功能。该系统功耗低,测量精度高,界面友好,易于操作且成本低。 In this paper, the design of a real-time temperature measurement control system is introduced, which takes AVR Atmega128 (L) MCU as the core of the hardware system and LabVIEW 8.5 as the software development platform of the host computer. The system can realize the real-time acquisition, measurement and control for the spot temperatures by using MAX6675 thermocouple A/D converters and the solid-state relays (SSR) to match up with the AVR microcontroller. The AVR microcontroller communicates with the host computer through the serial port UART. And the functions of real-time temperature monitoring, displaying and storing can be realized by making use of LabVIEW software. The system has the advantages of being low power cost, higher measurement ac- curacy, friendly interface, easy accessibility and low cost.
