摘要
新生报到数据中隐藏着大量对学院管理与发展决策具有支持作用的信息,通过简单的统计报表无法发掘这些信息,如果能把先进的数据挖掘技术引进到招生报到系统中,利用Microsoft决策树算法对丰富的新生报到数据进行挖掘,重点对影响报到率的内在因素进行发掘,并借助于SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio平台,将深奥的理论和技术通过简单、易操作和容易理解的图形、报表等形式展示在领导和主管部门面前,从而能够为学院领导和主管部门在招生决策中提供可靠的决策依据。
Large amount of information which can support the management and development decisions of vocational colleges is hidden in the data of new student enrollment, which is unable to be uncovered just by simple statistics report. If we apply the advanced data mining technology to the recruiting system, make use of Microsoft decision algorithm to explore the data of new student enrollment, focus on exploring internal factors impacting on the rate of enrollment, substitute pictures and report forms which are easy to operate and understand for abstruse theories and technologies and present them to leaders and departments in charge, thus we are able to supply reliable basis for college leaders and departments in charge when making enrollment decisions.
