摘要
计算机课程作为中等职业教育重要的学科,已成为现代教育的窗口。作为一名从事中职计算机教学多年的教师,我通过对中职计算机教育现状的剖析,针对学生素质参差不齐,教师队伍整体水平不高,软硬件设施短缺等现实问题,结合计算机学科特点,服务于中职教育的培养目标和职业世界对中职人才知识结构的需求,提出了"以生为本"、"因材施教"、"精理论、多实践、重能力、求创新"的教学改革指导思想,拟通过教学理念、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和评价体系的变革,来实现人才培养模式的转变,促进教学质量的提高,落实就业导向、职教富民的宗旨。
Computer curriculum is a major subject in secondary and vocational education and it is also the window of modern education.As a professional teacher being engaged in computer education for years,and based on current imperfection in computer education such as the unevenness of the qualities of students and teachers,I put forward a guiding theory for computer teaching innovation,specifically,which includes student-oriented and individualized teaching program,taking respection on both theory and practice,and attaching more importance to individual capacity.The ultimate goal of the educational innovation is to revolutionize the way of computer teaching idea and modality and in the end to improve the quality of teaching and enhance student employment.
