摘要
文章主要讨论了某医院信息管理系统建设项目中的沟通管理。首先对医院的信息管理系统项目背景、业务要求和功能模块等方面进行了简要的说明,接着描述了项目经理和团队在项目沟通管理中的项目干系人分析和沟通计划编制、信息收集、整理和分发、项目绩效报告、问题日志和项目干系人管理等方面采取的方法和措施,然后对该项目中在沟通管理中典型问题进行了总结,比如项目组内人员协调和项目组外人员沟通等。该项目现已经实施完成,系统运行良好,深受用户的好评。
The article focused on a hospital construction project information management system of communication management.First of all,the hospital information management system project background,business requirements and functional modules and so a brief description,and then describes the project manager and project team communication and project management of stakeholder analysis and communication planning,information collection,collation and distribution,project performance reports,problem logs and project stakeholder management methods and measures taken,and then in communication between the project management summary of typical problems,such as personnel within the project team coordination and communication between the project team and other personnel.The implementation of the project is already completed,the system is running well by users.
