摘要
为了提高传统逆向物流网络的效益,在考虑新建和扩建逆向物流设施的残值、拆解中心、再使用中心以及与供应链的集成等几个因素的基础上,进行了逆向物流网络设计,并在此基础上构建逆向物流的混合整数线性规划模型和算例分析.算例考虑了3个备选的拆解中心、4个备选的再制造中心以及5个备选的检测中心,得出了最优值,结果比较理想.模型的特点是:该网络结构设计引入拆解中心节点,规划模型中引入物流设施残值变量.该模型的构建及其混合整数线性规划模型对再制造逆向物流具有普遍意义.
In order to improve the efficiency of traditional reverse logistics network,on the basis of considering the factors of the residual value of reverse logistics facilities of building and appending,the center of dismantling,the center of reusing and the integration of supply chain,the reverse logistics network is designed.Then the model of mixed integer linear planning is constructed. Finally,an example is analyzed which considers three optional centers of dismantling,four optional remanufacturing centers and five optional testing centers. A satisfactory result is elicited.It is shown that the model has universal significance to the remanufacturing reverse logistics by considering the center of dismantling and the residual value of reverse logistics facilities.
