摘要
分析国内外废旧轮胎的利用现状,借鉴发达国家先进经验,提出建设区域性废旧轮胎逆向物流网络的具体模式。在市场调查、合理预测的基础上设定目标,构建基于政策引导下的废旧轮胎回收利用混合整数线性规划模型。模型中设立了废旧轮胎回收下限指标,目的是促进系统回收率的提高;同时设立了不同再利用形式使用废旧胎的比例,以引导网络体系科学有序发展。最后以算例进行实际分析,合理规划回收中心、集散中心和再利用场所,使整个回收利用体系成本达到最小。
Scrap tire reusing situation of the domestic and foreign is analyzed. Lessons are drawn from the advanced experience of developed countries. And network model is put forward on the construction of regional scrap tire reverse logistics. By market research, reasonable prediction and goal setting, a mixed integer linear programming model of the scrap tire recycling is constructed based on the policy guidance. An optimum low limits of index for scrap tire recycling is established to promote the recycling rate in the model. At the same time, the proportions of different forms in whole on reusing scrap tire are settled to guide development of network system scientifically and orderly. At the end of the paper, gives approaches to plan recycling centers, distribution centers and reusing places based on minimum system cost by analyzing on a numerical example.
