摘要
在我国的高职院校教学的过程中,培养人才的目标是极强农村和基层医院的基本医疗水平,只有通过提高大批量的人才的专业水准,才能够真正实现基层医疗水平的提升。针对这一基本目的,必须培养和提高医务人员的急诊急救知识,让基层医务人员可以肆意时间针对病人的情况给建议和诊断方案。高职院校的教育中,急诊急救是必修的课程,是每个义务人员都必须掌握的能力。
In the teaching process of Higher Vocational Colleges in China, the goal of training talents is to strengthen the basic medical level of rural and grass-roots hospitals. Only by improving the professional level of a large number of talents, can we really achieve the improvement of grass-roots medical level. For this basic purpose, it is necessary to cultivate and improve the knowledge of emergency first aid of medical staff, so that grass-roots medical staff can give advice and diagnosis plan according to the patient’s condition at will. Emergency first aid is a compulsory course in Higher Vocational education. It is the ability that every volunteer must master.
